Returns and Refunds Policy
At Pixels and Petals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of defective items.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, you have 25 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return. Please include your order number and photos of the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.
Health & Hygiene
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on sealed items, such as masks or undergarments, even if they are unopened.
