Because every piece at Pixels and Petals is crafted specially for you when you order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. This print-on-demand approach helps us reduce waste and keep our fantasy creations sustainable—but we know it also means getting your order right the first time really matters.

Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us! If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. You have 15 days from delivery to reach out, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Just send us your order number along with photos of the issue at support@pixelsandpetals.net, and we’ll take care of you.

Important Note on Sealed Items

For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items like face masks or undergarments once the seal is broken—even if they’re unused. We hope you understand!
