Every piece at Pixels and Petals is made to order just for you — and we stand behind every one of them. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no runaround. Because our products are made on demand, we’re not able to accept returns for size or change of preference — but quality issues are always covered within 15 days of delivery.

Just send us your order number along with photos of the issue at support@pixelsandpetals.net, and we’ll take care of you.
Important Note on Sealed Items
For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items like face masks or undergarments once the seal is broken—even if they’re unused. We hope you understand!
